The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. We provide bounded trait guarantee on any subsystem except stated elseways, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with faulty equipment shortages are covered by the trait warranty. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our liability. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our warranty. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are readily available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. Common decrement replacement at a minimal cost, checking and calibration as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and void if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you have to get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a technician offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Lest approved by the company or concealed by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested.
