The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and each subsystem, we only offer restricted characteristic warranty unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable equipment shortages are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Therefore aforestated shall not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on request.The machinery you are going to purchase compels a routine service. Everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are concealed within the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each and every time extent a technician offers a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Touring costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back.
