The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only supply restricted quality guarantee if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit components errors are covered by the attribute guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our fault. Standard wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and adjustment as well as common cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and void if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out charge, touring costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back.
