Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined feature guarantee on the entire machine, as well as any subsystem except stated otherwise. Errors by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our responsibility. Meaning, you must get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
Anytime a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays. costs to your place including accommodation if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The above quotation relates to our brand new model, therefore the features, specifications and accessories are applicable thereto.
