Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except when accepted by the company or included by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Along with the call-out charge, touring costs to your establishment and settlement if necessary, are on your account. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the current amount increased by the driving distance between your place including our place, should you recommend for us to go to you.Kindly seek an answer about call out including traveling costs ahead of time as those fees may differ point by point without notice.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the appliance is set to function optimally. There is no fees for the experts we supply. Our technician will be able to recommend whether everything is in order or if an back-up or other maintenance or spare parts replacement is needed. During sustainment visits no improvements or intense labour work will be carried out and reservations should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.Basic and/or full training courses are offered at our training facility for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your machine investment, however more promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been accomplished.A unique barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines.
