However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

Routine service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. We give fundamental and/or extensive training courses via our training facility for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be bought after the primary course has been completed nevertheless first basic entry courses is combined in your machine investment.
