Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Poor craftsmanship including defective components errors are covered by the trait warranty. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our liability. Your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you must get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a specialist provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless arranged by the company or enclosed by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.In addition to the call-out charge, traveling costs to your establishment and accommodation if required, are on your account. The specialists necessary adjustments to be done to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be carried out by you. If you would prefer for us to go to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our workshop including your establishment.Those costs may vary extent by extent without notice, so beneficially seek an answer about call out including touring costs beforehand.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you just want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, or if you would like to know if the machinery is adjusted to function optically. For this reason your machinery's warranty info and service history will evermore be able to be reviewed in any form and at any instant on our site or while logged off.
