Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly vacant.The machine(s) you are going to purchase requires a routine service. General decrement replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equal of double that period. Meaning that within which case we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months, it is necessary that you get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to each and every time time a technician provides a service at your establishment. A call-out fee will be requested unless the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and traveling costs to your property, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be done by you. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our premises including your premises.Generously enquire about call out and touring costs in advance as those fees may change time by instant without notice.If you just want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction or want to know if the machine is adjusted to operate optimally, our service plan is suited for you. No fees will be implemented for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our experts whether an alternative or additional assistance or spare parts restoration is needed or if everything is normal. During sustainment visits no adjustments or intense labour operate will be practised and reservations should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.We give principal and/or overall training courses through our training facility for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been achieved however first fundamental entry courses is combined in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. You will thus constantly be able to analyze the machinery's assurance information and service history on our database or offline - in any way and at any time. Our machines warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate comfort on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
Seeing that the quotation above relates to our advanced model, the focus points, specifications and accessories are applicable thereto. Kindly inquire from our sales representative as to the generation model cited. Based on lesser completion or lower design, you will be designated to obtain a 5% remission on elder models, in which case we do not have the advanced model obtainable.
