The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give confined characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, and each subsystem if not stated elseways. Weaknesses by cause of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machine. For this reason aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on appeal.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Standard decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, investigation and arrangement as well as general cleaning are included in the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, or else your service warranty will be null and void. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every three months, you have to get your machine improved in every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Every time a service is provided at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless accepted by managers or enclosed by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back.
