Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and each subsystem, we only offer limited quality warranty unless stated differently. Errors by cause of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our responsibility. Aforestated is thus not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon demand.The machine(s) you are going to purchase needs a regular service. The covered service plan encloses general cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost.
