The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited trait warranty on each subsystem except stated differently, including on the whole machine. Defects as a result of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforestated. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be readily available upon appeal.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of twice that period, should you not service your machinery in the chosen service period, elseways your service warranty will be useless and ineffective. Meaning, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Coupled with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account. The technicians necessary arrangements to be carried out to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be carried out by you. The prevailing percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our premises including your premises, should you choose for us to travel to you.Attentively inquire about call out including transport costs beforehand as those fees may differ extent by extent without notice.If you just want our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind or would like to find out if the appliance is adjusted to work optically, our maintenance plan is here for you. No fees will be implemented for the technician we provide. Our experts will be able to advise if everything is normal or if an alternative or other servicing or spares reinstatement is needed. Reservations should be made for reconstruction or intense labour function to be completed at your/our quickest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.Our training facility offers principal and/or full training courses for all machines we sell. When buying your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your investment, although more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been accomplished.With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. You will therefore regularly be able to review the machinery's warranty information and servicing history on our database or while disconnected - in any way and at any time. We honour our machinery's warranty and service by using the barcode. Supreme advantage are secured on both the selling and assistance of your machines.
