We provide restricted attribute warranty on the whole machinery, including any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Analyzing and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. It is necessary that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. We will not charge any cost for the experts we provide. Our technician will be able to provide you with advice on whether an back-up or other servicing or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. During sustainment visits no repairs or excessive labour work will be completed and reservations should made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.Our warehouse offers basic and/or overall training courses for all machines we sell.
