The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded quality warranty on any subsystem except stated otherwise, and on the whole machine. Defects due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly vacant on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. Everyday depletion replacement at a minimum cost, checking and positioning as well as common cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed within the equal of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, elseways your service guarantee will be null and meaningless. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every three months, you should get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.

We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
