The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained attribute warranty on the entire machine, as well as each subsystem lest stated otherwise. Weaknesses by reason of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our fault. A Call-out points to to each extent a technician provides a service at your establishment. A call-out fee will be requested except when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or per-approved by the management. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The technicians necessary arrangements to be made to get picked up as well as sent back, are recommend to be made by you. First primary entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, nevertheless more improved training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished.With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. You will therefore regularly be able to analyze the machinery's guarantee info and assistance history on our site or offline - in any style and at any term. Our machines assurance and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your maximum convenience on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
