The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, including any subsystem, we only supply constrained trait guarantee unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including faulty equipment errors are covered by the feature guarantee. We shall not be held accountable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately available.The machine(s) you are going to obtain needs a regular service. Standard decrement restoration at a minimum cost, reviewing and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and not viable if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required except when the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or accepted by the managers. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement including travel costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if required. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be carried out by you. If you would like for us to travel to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our office including your place.Those charges may change time by time without notice, so beneficially analyze about call out including touring costs beforehand.If you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your contentment or would like to know if the machinery is adjusted to work optimally, our service plan is perfect for you. No costs will be assigned for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to recommend if everything is in order or whether an alternative or additional maintenance or spare replacement is needed. Regretfully, no improvements or intense labour work will be practised during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.Our warehouse offers principal and/or comprehensive training courses for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is included in your machine purchase, nevertheless more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been completed.With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold. You will accordingly regularly be able to check the machinery's assurance info and servicing history on our website or while disconnected - in any form and at any time. Our machines assurance and service are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
The above quotation relates to our brand new model, therefore the focus points, specs and extras are applicable thereto. Generously seek an answer from our sales clerk as to the year model quoted.
