Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We provide bounded feature warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem unless stated elseways. Shortages by reason of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Accordingly aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon demand, quotations are immediately available.
The machinery you are going to buy needs a routine service. The included service plan includes general cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as everyday decrement restoration at a minimum cost.
