The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted characteristic guarantee on each subsystem if not stated any other way, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including defective material errors are covered by the attribute guarantee. We are not liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on demand.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to buy. General ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost, checking and positioning as well as basic cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be null and void. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you must get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to any time a specialist provides a service at your place. Except when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation. costs to your place and settlement if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. The current percentage is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our warehouse and your property, should you desire for us to go to you.Those costs may change time by instant without notice, so kindly enquire about call out and traveling costs beforehand.If you would choose to know if the machine is fitted to work optically, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, our assistance plan is suited for you. No costs will apply for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to supply you with guidance on whether an back-up or other service or service parts reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Regretfully, no reconstruction or hard labour operate will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a reservation should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.We give fundamental and/or full training courses at our training centre for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery investment, however more improved training can be obtained after the primary course has been completed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a individual barcode. You will therefore always be able to review the machinery's guarantee data and servicing history on our site or offline - in any manner and at any time.
