Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We supply confined attribute warranty on each subsystem unless stated elseways, along with on the whole machinery. The feature guarantee covers errors due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship We cannot be held at fault for misuse or common wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are readily vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a regular service. Checking and adjustment, everyday cleaning , as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of dual that period elseways your service warranty will be null and meaningless. This is to say that within which case we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every three months, it is necessary that you get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation and transport costs to your property, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be done by you. The existing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our premises and your property, should you choose for us to go to you.Those charges may differ instant by time without notice, so kindly inquire about call out including travel costs in advance. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would choose to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optimally, or you just want our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our service plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our specialist if an different or other maintenance or service parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. During sustainment visits no reconstruction or intense labour operate will be done and reservations can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training facility offers primary and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, although more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. You will accordingly constantly be able to review the machine's assurance information and servicing history on our website or while disconnected - in any form and at any term. We honour our machinery's assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. This secures your supreme convenience on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. Latest Model Quoted: Seeing that the tender above involves our advanced model, the focus points, specs and extras are suitable thereto.
