The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the entire machine, including each subsystem, we only offer bounded attribute warranty lest stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment defects are covered by the quality warranty. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our responsibility. Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode. Accordingly your machinery's warranty information and servicing history will constantly be able to be reviewed in any form and at any term on our database or while logged off. We honour our machinery's warranty and assistance by using the barcode. Maximal advantage are ensured on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
