Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited feature warranty on the whole machinery, including each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Errors by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your product. Therefore aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Often damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. Investigation and arrangement, standard cleaning , as well as standard decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable should you not service your machine within the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period.
