Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would choose for us to come to you, the current amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our workshop and your premises.Kindly seek an answer about call out and traveling costs in advance as those fees may change extent by extent without notice.Whether you would choose to know whether the machinery is fitted to function optimally, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, our assistance plan is perfect for you. There is no fees for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our specialist whether an alternative or other servicing or service parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings should be made for reconstruction or excessive labour work to be carried out at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits.Basic and/or complete training courses are offered at our training facility for all machinery we sell. First primary entry courses is included in your machine investment, but more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Therefore your machines assurance data and servicing history will regularly be able to be reviewed in any manner and at any moment on our database or offline. Our machines assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. Supreme comfort are ensured on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
