The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited feature guarantee on the entire machine, and any subsystem except stated otherwise. Errors by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on demand.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Analyzing and arrangement, basic cleaning , as well as general ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, you should get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Every time a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when confirmed by the company or included by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be required. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accommodation and touring costs to your premises, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the prevailing rate increased by the traveling distance between your place and our premises, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Kindly enquire about call out as well as traveling costs ahead of time as those charges may vary instant by extent without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you would like to know if the machinery is set to function optimally. Accordingly your machinery's assurance report and service history will regularly be able to be reviewed in any way and at any instant on our website or while logged off.
