Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only offer bounded characteristic guarantee if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable components shortages are covered by the characteristic warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon appeal.
The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. Standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and adjustment as well as common cleaning are concealed within the service plan.
