The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you should get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each and every time point a technician offers a service at your place. A call-out fee will be requested unless the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or per-approved by the management. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your establishment including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. Review for this reason you will regularly be able to,in any style and at any time, check the machines guarantee report and service history on our database or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's warranty and servicing. This ensures your ultimate comfort on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
