The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

It is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and not viable. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
When a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or approved by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Travel costs to your place including settlement if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost.
