Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We offer bounded trait warranty on any subsystem except stated differently, and on the entire machinery. Weaknesses by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our fault. The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. Checking and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as standard decrement replacement at a minimal cost are concealed within the service plan. You will thus regularly be able to check the machine's warranty information and maintenance history on our database or offline - in any manner and at any moment. Our machines assurance and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximum advantage are insured on both the reselling and service of your machines.
