The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded quality guarantee on the whole machine, along with any subsystem except stated differently. Weaknesses due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We would not be held responsible for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Accordingly aforesaid would not be covered by our warranty. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a regular service. The enclosed service plan encloses standard cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as general depletion replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is required that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, you have to get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
Every time a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your establishment and settlement if required, are on your account. The technicians crucial plans to be made to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be carried out by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the prevailing amount increased by the traveling distance between your property and our workshop, should you recommend for us to go to you.Those costs may differ point by instant without notice, so generously inquire about call out as well as traveling costs in advance.Whether you would choose to know if the machine is adjusted to function optically, or you just want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, our service plan is perfect for you.
