Suitable Machining Foam Materials: This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer bounded quality guarantee on each subsystem except stated elseways, along with on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable material shortages are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not responsible for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. General decrement restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and calibration as well as general cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equal of twice that period. This is to say that in which case we choose that your machine is improved once every three months, it is crucial that you get your machinery improved within every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician supplies a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your property including accommodation if required, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. The current amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our branch including your establishment, should you recommend for us to go to you.Without notice, those charges may differ point by extent, thus generously seek an answer about call out including transport costs ahead of time A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would like to find out if the appliance is fitted to operate optimally, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, our assistance plan is perfect for you. No fees will apply for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to provide you with information on if an different or additional servicing or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. During maintenance visits no improvements or hard labour function will be practised and bookings should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training facility offers primary and/or overall training courses for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first principal entry courses is included in your purchase, however more advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been finished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

You will thus evermore be able to analyze the machine's warranty data and service history on our database or while disconnected - in any form and at any term. Latest Model Quoted: The above quotation is in regarding to our advanced model, therefore the features, details and attachments are applicable thereto. Beneficially analyze from our sales people as to the period model quoted. Based on minor performance or insignificant method, you will be titled to obtain a 5% exemption on former models, in which case we do not have the newest model vacant.
