Suitable Machining Foam Materials: This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer bounded attribute guarantee on each subsystem lest stated otherwise, and on the entire machinery. Shortages due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our constraint. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a regular service. The concealed service plan includes general cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a service is offered at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out fee, traveling costs to your establishment including settlement if essential, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. R 9.95/km is the ongoing rate increased by the driving distance between your property as well as our office, should you desire for us to travel to you.Those fees may change extent by extent without notice, so beneficially analyze about call out including travel costs beforehand. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would like to find out if the appliance is fitted to work optically, or you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our assistance plan is suited for you. We will not require any cost for the experts we supply. Our specialist will be able to advise if everything is normal or if an different or other maintenance or spares replacement is needed. Reservations have to be made for improvements or intense labour function to be carried out at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour services will be carried out during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Fundamental and/or complete training courses are held at our warehouse for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, although more promoted training can be purchased after the basic course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a individual barcode. Check therefore you will always be able to,in any way and at any time, analyze the machines guarantee report and service history on our database or while disconnected. We value our machines assurance and servicing by using the barcode. This insures your ultimate comfort on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time.
