Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Every time a technician offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Travel costs to your property and accommodation if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out charge. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be done by you. If you would like for us to come to you, the prevailing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our workshop including your establishment.Those fees may vary time by point without notice, so beneficially analyze about call out including touring costs in advance.If you just want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility or would like to find out if the machine is set to work optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. Unfortunately, no repairs or hard labour operate will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be completed at your and our quickest convenience.Our training facility offers principal and/or complete training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first basic entry courses is included in your investment, however more improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been finished.With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. Review thus you will always be able to,in any manner and at any time, review the machines assurance data and assistance history on our site or offline.
