The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Shortages by cause of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our fault. For this reason aforementioned cannot be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are promptly vacant.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. General ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you have to get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Every time a service is provided at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your property including settlement if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be carried out by you. If you would prefer for us to come to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our place and your establishment.Generously enquire about call out and touring costs ahead of time as those fees may differ point by extent without notice.If you would choose to know whether the machinery is set to function optimally, or you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. No costs will be implemented for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our technician whether an different or other servicing or spares restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings have to be made for repairs or hard labour operate to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no improvements or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits.Fundamental and/or extensive training courses are offered at our training centre for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, although more improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. Therefore your machinery's warranty info and assistance history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any moment on our webpage or offline. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximum benefit on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
The quotation above concerns our recent model, including therefore the highlights, details including additions are relevant thereto. Our sales assistances can be called about any information of the period model cited. Based on minor completion or lesser composition, you will be entitled to receive a 5% remission on prior models, in which case we don't have the recent model vacant.
