The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply constrained characteristic warranty on any subsystem except stated otherwise, along with on the entire machinery. Errors by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machine. Investigation and arrangement, standard cleaning , as well as general decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and void if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machine fixed within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
When a service is offered at your property by a specialist, it points to to a call-out.
