The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited quality warranty on the whole machine, including any subsystem lest stated otherwise. Shortages as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We are not accountable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Thus aforestated cannot be covered by our guarantee. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon inquiry.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. The enclosed service plan contains everyday cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of double that period elseways your service guarantee will be null and not viable. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is improved once every three months, you have to get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each and every time point a technician provides a service at your place. Lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Coupled with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your place including settlement if crucial, are on your account. The technicians necessary adjustments to be done to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be done by you.
