The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with any subsystem, we only offer restricted characteristic guarantee if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable components shortages are covered by the characteristic warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations will be gladly available upon demand.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. Basic decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say that in which case we choose that your machine is improved once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your establishment as well as settlement if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. First basic entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, however more advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been passed.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machines. For this reason your machines assurance report and assistance history will regularly be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our webpage or offline. Our machinery's assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
