The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and each subsystem, we only supply bounded feature guarantee if not stated any other way. Everyday ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, checking and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are concealed within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and void. Meaning, you should get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Lest confirmed by the company or covered by each of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your place including settlement if crucial, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
