The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined feature guarantee on each subsystem unless stated differently, and on the entire machinery. Errors by cause of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not liable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforestated. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon request, quotations are immediately available.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The concealed service plan includes standard cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. It is necessary that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, or else your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. This is to say, you must get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a specialist supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.In addition to the call-out charge, traveling costs to your premises and settlement if necessary, are on your account.
