Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only supply limited quality warranty if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with defective equipment shortages are covered by the quality warranty. We aren't at fault for general wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Accordingly aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon demand.
Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Basic wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective should you not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equal of dual that period. This is to say, you have to get your machine fixed in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.

All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. Review therefore you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any time, review the machines warranty report and maintenance history on our site or while logged off. Our machinery's warranty and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your ultimate advantage on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
