The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded quality warranty on each subsystem if not stated elseways, and on the whole machinery. Errors due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Aforestated is thus not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are promptly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. Analyzing and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as standard decrement replacement at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and void. This is to say, you must get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement including transport costs to your property, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be done by you. The ongoing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workshop and your place, should you choose for us to come to you.Without notice, those fees may change point by point, thus generously analyze about call out including traveling costs in advanceIf you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction or want to find out if the machinery is set to operate optimally, our service plan is here for you. We will not require any cost for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an back-up or other servicing or service parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or hard labour work to be practised at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour services will be practised during servicing visits.Our premises offers fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery investment, but more promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been finished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Check for this reason you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any time, check the machines warranty data and assistance history on our website or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and assistance. This insures your maximum convenience on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
