The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

The trait warranty covers shortages by cause of defective components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your component. Accordingly aforestated will not be covered by our guarantee. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately vacant.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a routine service. The included service plan includes basic cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of double that period elseways your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you must get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
When a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises and settlement if necessary, are on your account. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be done by you. When buying your machine, first primary entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, although more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been passed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will thus constantly be able to review the machinery's warranty report and servicing history on our database or while logged off - in any style and at any instant. Our machinery's assurance and service are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate advantage on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
The reference above concerns our newest model, including as such the focus points, details and extras are applicative thereto.
