The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted attribute warranty on any subsystem lest stated otherwise, as well as on the whole machine. Whenever a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including travel costs to your property, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. R 9.95/km is the existing rate amplified by the traveling distance between your establishment and our workshop, should you recommend for us to come to you.Kindly analyze about call out including touring costs ahead of time as those charges may vary instant by instant without notice.If you would prefer to find out whether the machine is set to operate optically, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, our service plan is perfect for you. There is no fees for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an different or further servicing or service parts replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Bookings have to be made for adjustments or excessive labour work to be done at your/our quickest availability as no repairs or any such labour services will be done during maintenance visits.Principal and/or overall training courses are held via our training centre for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first basic entry courses is combined in your purchase, nevertheless more advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been passed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. Thus your machines assurance information and servicing history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any term on our website or offline. Our machines guarantee and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your ultimate advantage on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
