The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined feature warranty on each subsystem except stated otherwise, along with on the whole machinery. Errors by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We shall not be held at fault for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our warranty. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly available.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan encloses basic cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and not viable if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not rectified within the equal of twice that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless accepted by the company or concealed by each of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays. costs to your establishment as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be made by you. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your investment, although more promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. For this reason your machines warranty data and servicing history will always be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our database or while logged off. Our machinery's assurance and service are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your supreme benefit on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
