The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including any subsystem, we only offer bounded trait warranty unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable components defects are covered by the feature guarantee. We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly available.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of standard cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as standard decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, elseways your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. Meaning, you have to get your machine serviced within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required lest the call-out is included by any of the above named plans or confirmed by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your establishment including settlement if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be done by you.
