Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only supply confined characteristic warranty except stated otherwise. Shortages as a result of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held liable for misuse or general wear and tear of your product. Accordingly aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are gladly vacant.
Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. The included service plan encloses standard cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Therefore your machinery's guarantee report and servicing history will always be able to be reviewed in any way and at any instant on our database or offline. We value our machinery's warranty and servicing by using the barcode. This secures your maximal convenience on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
