The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained attribute warranty on the entire machinery, along with any subsystem lest stated differently. Defects as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately accessible.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a routine service. The included service plan contains common cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as basic depletion replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be null and void. This is to say, you should get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a specialist provides a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Travel costs to your place including accommodation if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. There is no cost for the experts we provide. Our technician will be able to recommend if everything is normal or if an back-up or additional maintenance or spare parts reinstatement is needed. Bookings should be made for repairs or excessive labour operate to be carried out at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour services will be done during servicing visits.Our premises offers basic and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is combined in your machine investment, although more advanced training can be purchased after the basic course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode. You will therefore constantly be able to check the machinery's warranty report and maintenance history on our database or while disconnected - in any form and at any instant. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme advantage on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
