Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer restricted quality guarantee on the whole machine, and each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Defects due to defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't liable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon request, quotations are gladly vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The concealed service plan includes standard cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as common depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by management or included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement as well as touring costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you just want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the machinery is fitted to function optically. There is no cost for the experts we supply. Our specialist will be able to advise whether everything is in order or if an back-up or other service or spare replacement is needed. Regrettably, no repairs or excessive labour work will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training centre offers principal and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is comprehended in your machine investment, nevertheless more promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been passed.
