The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with each subsystem, we only provide restricted attribute warranty lest stated elseways. The quality warranty covers weaknesses by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our responsibility. Common wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as general cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machine within the suggested service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery rectified in every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to any extent a specialist supplies a service at your establishment. Except when the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 specialist for one day is R 695.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays including R 1 495.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Accommodation including touring costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if required.
