Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem, we only provide bounded feature guarantee unless stated any other way. Service Plan: Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Call-out Service & Fee: When a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. We will not require any cost for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with guidance on whether an alternative or additional servicing or spare replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour operate will be done during a sustainment visit, but a booking can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest availability. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
