The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined feature warranty on each subsystem if not stated elseways, as well as on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit components errors are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your product. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately vacant on inquiry.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The included service plan encloses everyday cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. It is required that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, otherwise your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machinery improved in every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a specialist supplies a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Unless per-approved by managers or concealed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out fee, touring costs to your establishment including settlement if crucial, are on your account. The current rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our workshop and your property, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Those costs may change instant by time without notice, so kindly inquire about call out and transport costs beforehand.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you would like to find out if the appliance is fitted to function optically. We will not require any fees for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to recommend if everything is normal or if an different or further maintenance or service parts restoration is needed. Regrettably, no improvements or intense labour function will be completed during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Our training centre offers fundamental and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machine, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your investment, but more promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been finished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a individual barcode. For this reason your machines warranty report and service history will always be able to be analyzed in any style and at any instant on our site or while logged off.
