The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded trait warranty on the entire machine, along with each subsystem unless stated any other way. Weaknesses by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your component. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on request.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The covered service plan includes general cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, elseways your service warranty will be invalid and not viable. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your place and settlement if crucial, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
