The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded attribute guarantee on the entire machinery, and each subsystem lest stated differently. Weaknesses by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately vacant on request.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. General wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and calibration as well as basic cleaning are covered in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a technician supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement and travel costs to your property, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back.
